Pre-Order and Shipping Info

Once we have any dates confirmed for upcoming preorders, we will put them live. Please do not contact us asking when preorders will open.

 

POST-BREXIT AND EU VAT POLICY:

All non-UK customers are responsible for any import, customs, VAT or other charges when ordering.  We are not able to use IOSS or similar services at this time.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:

We will ship by Royal Mail to anywhere in the world, with the following exceptions:

  • Postage to ITALY and Philippines is by courier only. After a lifetime of issues with these countries' mail services, we will not ship to them by any other service so please do not ask. If you are in one of these countries and place an order, you will receive an additional surcharge for these added costs.


This is based on past experiences with lost packages and poor performance by the postal services in these countries. We reserve the right to add other locations to this list at any time. 

If your country is not on the exceptions list, but does not come up as an option when checking out, please contact us to add your country as a checkout option.

PRE-ORDERS:

Any order containing pre-order products will not ship until all items are in-hand and ready to ship. If you want to order both in-stock and pre-order items, and do not wish to wait, please order any in-stock items separately from the pre-orders.

Any pre-orders for Nonnef products will only go up when we are expecting a shipment within a month or two. Beyond this, we will be unable to give a more specific answer regarding shipment times until the order has arrived at our end. Accordingly, please don't contact us asking when your order will ship, or if your order has shipped, if it features Nonnef pre-order products.  You will receive a notification email once your item has shipped, including your tracking number. Repeated shipping update requests may result in order cancellation. 

Repeated part or whole cancellations of orders may result in you being refused service in future.

We strongly recommend that customers follow us on Twitter for updates on any stock or shipping issues that may affect multiple orders.
